Clarification ?

It doesn't matter I just heard they have the 20,000 agents they were going to let take the certification as experimental this first year. If anyone hasn't completed it by now they can be part of the experiment Oct 15th to Dec 7th 2014.

That's a cool new rumor. If you're not in by now, you ain't playing, so don't even try. Guess I'm the only certified agent in AZ

If Illinois navigators can do this with 3 days training, how hard can it be?

True.

But now that the machines for registering is closed...we will see how it goes this round.

So...did anyone figure out which points are true and which are false?

There are well over 300 Florida Blue agents at their ACA roadshow today in Tampa, I doubt that 10% of them have already been certified.

If this above number is correct, why would Blue be wasting so much of everyone's time?

300 does that include Gabe? You know he's an attorney that worked for CMS and HHS and worked on the ACA before coming to Blue. He's got a dry sense of humor but is really funny if you just listen. Up here last Friday they said there were around 200 in the meeting. They are passing out booklets with the plans in them.

The 20,000 was meant to be a little joke and not get everyone up in arms. But I did have a thought that maybe CMS was jerking their website's around to discourage agents.

Blue Cross of Florida is banking everything on ACA, that is why they are in every county and spending so much on training.
