Penalty Clarification

Hmmmm... AZ has a lot of seasonal workers, so this is important to me. Am I to assume from your statement above that an employer that DOES count seasonal workers in their calculations for "small or large" would NOT face a penalty for each month a full-time seasonal worker receives a subsidy? It's a pretty important issue, because usually seasonal workers are not eligible for the group health insurance.

Florida has SNOWBIRDS, do they qualify as Part Timers? :biggrin:
