I have a client who is over a year removed from a tumor being removed from his colon. He is on b.p. medicine now. These are the companies I am appointed with or soon will be Monumental, MOO, Foresters, Forethought, UHL, Continental, Americo, and Presidential

Take a look at American Memorial -- assuming he has no other conditions, up to age 75, I'm pretty sure he can get standard day 1 100% coverage if the cancer/treatment has been LONGER than one full year.
