I had 2 referrals this week from navigators/exchange/whoever the heck is behind the scenes at the gov't.
One medicaid, one medicare. Neither spoke English well enough to tell me what was going on.
I politely told them I only deal with health insurance and referred them back to the exchange. I'm not even licensed for medicare.
I have absolutely no clue why they were referred to me. I get sending overflow to brokers, or legit carrier leads on compensated products, but it's strange to send a medicaid and a medicare (knowing I can't sell it) in the middle of the year.
