CMS Portal Still Down?

OK, I completed the HHS Obamacare training days ago, and logged onto the www.portal.cms.gov website to register my agent number so I can sell on the Federal Exchange, and no matter what browser I use, the site is still not accessible? Anyone else still having this issue?
