To be honest, I usually avoid these situations. Its harder to write than it seems it should be. That said, there are a few places that specialize in exactly these types of things.
An email I received the other day (never used them, can't recommend them, just an option) is for Gagliardi at 800-995-9768. They appear to specialize in youth sports.
One of the bullet points on the email (before the scandal) was:
·[FONT="Times New Roman","serif"]$1,000,000 in general liability coverage includingcoverage with no sub-limit for Sexual Abuse/Molestation or Assault and Battery.[/FONT]

If you don't form an LLC and purchase liability coverage through commercial channels, you're looking for trouble.
