I never used the POS when selling it F2F.. Didn't any problems with ratings or declines because I drilled down on the health questions and fortunately had truthful or non absent mined clients..

The thing I don't like about Columbian's system is I have to read all the disclosures to the client on the recorded line. I would prefer to let someone else read the disclosures like SNL does.
