And they’re FE, MAPD, ACA prospects.

Just sounds like a high quality telemarketer that never gets tired, never calls in sick, always has a good attitude.

Well, the pieces are all pre-recorded. It’s similar to the old avatar sound board technology. Well, it is that technology.

But instead of a Filipino on the other side pressing buttons to choose the right script or rebuttal, it’s the AI choosing.

It also correctly fills in custom values, like prospect name, agent’s name, agent’s company name, state etc.

And if we say “Hey, mary?” And they say “No! This is Thelma.”

Then the AI can update on the fly. “Oh sorry Thelma, Mary’s the name they put on my desk. I was calling because…”

90%+ would never know they’re talking to AI.
