My client just informed me that they're gonna compensate him now and they also told him that the theft exclusion was included in error!

Hey Djs, i want to expand on your signed acceptance, you mean to have another sheet to give to insured to sign as accept the policy as issue right?
You know how some clients will go oh well you DIDNT TELL ME about flood insurance, i woulda pay 1000 for it if you told me! (mostly after hurricane sandy)
