I sell medicare advantage and med sup. for an agency in NC and want to know if I leave this company in 2012 will I be paid my commissions for 2012. Any help would be appreciated.

If your commissions come to you via a check from the insurance company, then probably yes.
If you are paid by the agency, probably no.
