Comp Losses Affecting Rating

Some states don't allow insurance companies to factor in comp losses towards their rating. From your experience, does anyone know if their states don't/do allow this?

If not, is there any resources where I could figure this out?

I can only speak for OH,MI,PA,IN,WV & VA.....

None of those states ban running comp claims. Many companies differentiate between minor and major comp claims, with $1000 being the threshold.

However, I have found companies who choose not to use comp claims in their ratings (non-standard).

As far as states that ban running comp, I have no idea. And it might be hard to find that info without going state by state.
