I don't write with them but normally pacemakers aren't a problem as long as it was first installed more then 2 years ago.

That's essentially the problem. Ill just have to wait until open enrollment. I refuse to write Heartland and AARP/UHC isn't much cheaper for them.

Notice that California and Missouri both have that rule. It's too help out agents that are below average like Nathan and Rick.

They can can qualify for GI 30 days before until 30 days after anniversary date of existing med supp (keeping the same plan letter).
