Compulsory Insurance Policies Required in USA

Hello,
We are a software company.We have recently incorporated a company in the State of Delaware and we will be doing our business from New Jersey. Initially we plan to employ 2 employees in New Jersey as Sales Managers.
Can you please guide me the compulsory insurance policies our company needs to have?

This is a question where P&C agents can likely be of more assistance as this is primarily a liability insurance question. But, on the Life/Health side, NJ is a mandatory short term disability coverage state, so you'll have to carry this coverage for them most likely. It's extremely cheap (usually) especially for just two employees.
