Condo Association with GRC

So this is the second time I came across an association that has guaranteed replacement cost. What carrier is writing GRC on an association where the buildings are over 20 years old?

I lost one last time where I was 13K less in price then their current carrier but didn't want to go with me because they had GRC and I couldn't offer it.

Don't want to lose this one for the same reason.

Not sure who does that.

Is the policy written at 100% RC? If not, I imagine that GRC amendment doesnt mean squat. Might be a good way to get the business. Plant the seed of doubt.

I found out its a specialty program in NY. I hear they are no longer offering GRC on up coming renewals so may have a shot.
