Hey guys.
I got a huge condo association policy I'm working on. Currently their GL is with Farmers and the earthquake is with Endurance through Amwins.

Who would you guys suggest I use.

call some U/W and ask! they will tell you if they are competitive in that market, but here, Farmers is fairly tough on COndo Assoc.

I would try Travelers. Alot of times the U/W will work the rate to get the policy

In my area, (Northern CA), Farmers can be tough to beat on HOA's. Not impossible, but they have pretty decent rates. The fact you say it is 'HUGE' may give you a good break on this. Farmers likes smaller, but it's going to depend on the definition of 'huge'.

I agree that Travelers is a decent bet. Unfortunately, I don't write a lot of HOA policies, though I do have a few. I found them to be a lot of work to get, but it sounds like you may have gotten through the hard part, which is getting a chance to quote it, if they are serious about switching if you can improve the deal.

The president of the association pretty much told us if we beat the price its ours.
It is 30 buildings. The Earthquake is the one that has me worried. Travelers is looking at it now, just wanted to know if there is anything else out there.

whats the potential premium? what are they currently paying?

Seems like those hole in one type of deals.

Travelers, Allied, CIG, Philadelphia, CIBA, Sequoia... depending on the risk profile they can all be competitive with Farmers.

Do they have boat docks that are insured as well? I have a condo association with boat docks and am having a hard time finding a company that wants to insure the docks. Farmers does insure the docks that's who they're with now. I think AutoOwners does too. This is in Missouri

Try CIBA thru Cavalry ins services in San Mateo. They are very quick to send you quotes you need.

they are paying 56k for the GL and 150K for the EQ. Thank you guys for the suggestions
