Wasn't really, just had someone mention to me that they did do FE and paid really good commissions. However, with their history that I know all about from my mortgage banking days, I don't doubt the validity of any of the comments made on here regarding them.

I used to like Pioneer life before conseco bought them out. I think they purposely approved every app that came through the door though. Looks like they were trying to beef up the books to look good for a buyout. It worked. After conseco bought them out I bailed.
