Contact Management Software

I have been using Oprius.com. I am experimenting with Outlook contacts, Onenote, and calender.

So far it is working great. I got the idea from somebody else on the forum. AND it's almost FREE. I paid $18 for Microsoft Onenote 2007 on Ebay. Here's how I use it:

1. Put the client, or potential client, into my Outlook 2007 Contacts
2. After putting in their information into the system, click on "create a task" and input any type of task, like a phone or letter follow-up, appointment, etc. that needs to be completed. The "Journal" feature will automatically record all of your previous task.
3. Then click on Onenote and put anything you want in there. You can scan their applications and store them on a one note page, letters from the carriers regarding this client , you can post pictures on there, policy information, directions, maps, whatever, and I mean whatever, you want can be dragged and dropped into Onenote.

Whatever follow-up system you use , Make sure you can import you calling list into it. This will save time for you, and will make inputting the info. much easier. If you order a mailing list of 2000 people, you will want to enter import them into your system. Make sure that any CRM you pick will allow you to do this.
