I would question the IMO if it is a legal app, policy and is it then contestable. I would want my name off it. At least with the client.

He's probably just termed from getting paid. His contract with the company as an LOA is likely still active. So he can write all the business he wants. He's just not getting paid.
When you sign an LOA agreement assigning your commissions they need to tattoo "I'm screwed" on your forehead. It never ends well.

Why are there so many companies in this industry that do these type of things? Its pathetic. People should be singing this stuff from the rooftops, to keep people from signing up with these type of folks.
When I joined the industry, I realized fairly quickly... a segment inside of this industry is evil. Not everyone obviously, but an awful lot of folks that do despicable things, and have hidden agendas.
