Contracting with Debit Balances

Thanks guys. I'll tell you what. After being in the field and making decent wages, I wish I would have handled things different. I didn't save for the slow periods - that's for sure. And then when the leads kept coming in, and I was paying $600 a week for them, suddenly I was working to pay lead cost... And then, I was not even covering those. ... And then, I was unable to write with the companies because of the debit. I really just jumped in to the whole thing with no real mentor, which I regret. I got on this website, read as many posts as I could, but then I didn't really have a plan.

I was only contracted with two companies and they wont let me write. That's why I'm on here. I'm wondering ... how can I get to write again? I set up a pay plan with americo ... $100 per month is all I can afford. At this time. That's 30 months.

Get on a payment plan with both companies and try and get appointed with a new company fully disclose the debit balance and the agreed payment plans. Expect to be paid as earned no advance so buying leads is probably out best bet knocking on doors or canvasing businesses.

I spent 15 hours cold calling for FE my first week out using a dialer/list. The next week I sold $3000 in AP. if you do that every other week, develop leads one week, sell the next you could do fine.

I was considering this. I had purchased a list of 1000 once before; the cold calling wasn't pleasant, but i did get 5 out of the 300 I actually reached. I ended up inserting the database in to the mapping system and knocking entire blocks that had multiple list leads. It was definatly WORK compared to purchasing DM leads - thats for sure.

One question for you though, whats "dialer?" Is this a program, or machine, or software, or an actually person dialing?

In addition. where did you personally purchase your list?

A dialer is a phone program, usually that comes through a website. You either dial in or use a headset. Then it dials your list for you. It can dial out multiple lines at a time. It will work through the bad #s and NHs.

I used agentsdialer.com. I got unlimited dialer time/unlimited data for $99/mo through Todd King but they give discounts for a lot of IMOs.
