Contracts when Leaving a Marketing Company

Just wondering what a new agent should look for in a contract if I decide to leave a marketing company. Don't want to tie myself down. Any advice on contracts from brokers alliance would be appreciated. Thanks.

The major is what can you take with you if you leave. With that being said most everyone learns about the gotcha's the hard way. Being new you will hear many people talk to you about potential commissions but nothing about charge backs.
