What type of offense will actually cause problems. I know of a felon thy got an insurance license. His felony was for drinking or drugs... Something in that category anyway.

Yes, but to be in this line of work, drinking and/or drug usage is merely a prerequisite!!
she must not be italian, or her father, brothers, cousins, would each take a day of the week and kick his ass. seriously, he would have to get a wavier from the doi, he will have to explain it in detail. if he has to register as a sex offender. he should look for another profession. no company is going to take the liability, since it is home sales....
