Could Anyone Give Me Any Input on Working for Nationwide

I have an interview with a local Nationwide agency next week.

Would anyone care to share their experiences about working for Nationwide?

Thanks, black knight

I talked with the regional sales manager ( I think that was his title) now I will meet with 2 different agency owners.

What should I be looking for as far as pay? A salary would be nice, but commission only is fine. I am more interested in the experience because I would like to go indy one day and deal with commercial lines.

Are P&C agents generally tied to the office 9-5? Or is there flexibility?

My brother worked for Nationwide awhile. There's flexibility if I remember correctly from what he told me, but you get paid more if you work the evening shift. I think Nationwide starts out about 12.50 an hour, and it goes up from there.
