CRM Software questions

I'm surprised that nobody mentioned "Goldmine" which is the most robust, flexible program that I've ever seen. It's terrific. The only reason I dropped it is because I'd have to buy a minimum of 5 user licenses each year. I switched to Maximizer. I checked into ACT!, Sugar, etc. Sugar rates well with geeks, but ACT! has been a train wreck in recent years. I don't know about ACT! 2009, but the past few years prior to that have been rough in the area of email with ACT!

ACT did have some bad years (2005-2007) but is back again now.

I sampled Goldmine for a short period and I agree, it's probably great if you start with it. It was just difficult for me to move around in after using ACT so I didn't commit to it.

The great thing about Goldmine is; it has the automation of word docs built right into it. I have to do that with ACT as an add-on feature. That feature is KEY to staying in contact with your prospects and clients.
