Crm ???????

I just signed up for the free version of capsule to check it out. Looks legit easy custom field management. export and import abilities. I like the dashboard and task calendar. Import an x-date list and set follow ups 30-90 days before renewal e z p z appointments

Capsule by google.

I spent a lot of time looking at different CRM's. I really did not have time customize the templates to what I wanted. Then the so called Insurance CRMs were an absolute joke that were designed by non insurance people.

So, capsule is ready to go for agents?

Which insurance CRMs did you look at?

Its not so much that its ready to go. Its just very easy to be customized. I'm adding people as I go, with the appropriate "tags". Medicare, BCBS, Plan G. (Or whatever)

I looked at a bunch. Radius Bob, Salesforce, Zoho and a few others.

I wound up with capsule because:

I'm computer illiterate and understood it without a lot of effort
Cost
I just like Google :)

its not ready when you get it. You have to create a few custom fields to manage your data and label it correctly. Pretty simple for example I work with commercial so fields I create are

GL X-date GL Carrier WC X-Date, current broker, employee count, estimated AP, etc... everything else is super standard address, contact, company name phone eetc...

that way I can pull leads up later on by these fields and it will be organized.

in example: if I want to pull all October 1st effective dates for calling it would be really easy because they are labeled correctly.

If you need have any questions I would be happy to help you. private message me

The more I set up and get used to Radius Bob the more I like it

still there are some bugs that need to be worked out but they seem to be working them out

Its a lot of work setting up all the info in the system
but the more its going the more it makes life easier

Since it's slow for me right now (health and medicare), I am looking at CRMs again.

Currently working with ACT and some other services (cloud based). Considering Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM, Capsule.

Hired a CRM specialist (he works will most of these) to help me find what will work for how I want my CRM to work. I just got tired to going back and forth from site to site or youtube video review trying to figure out what works best. I have other tasks I need to get finished rather than investing time in one crm only to find out later it will not do all I want it to.

We'll be building a CRM into our email marketing platform that should be ready to go within 90 days or so (currently beta-testing). More robust solutions (that are cloud-based) are able to be integrated already, but we wanted something for the solo-prenuer and smaller (3-5 person) shops that aren't using any type of CRM currently, rather than trying to challenge the big guys.
