Cross Sell Sheets Needed

I am looking for a cross sell sheet to use in my agency. I am not getting the whole pictures and I"m pretty positive that I am letting business run past me. Does anyone have one they can share with me to get me started?

Also, I am new to P&C and I would like to get some information about commercial auto, when to use as well as what kind of commercial policies you use in certain instances...so is there a book or guide or something that would be beneficial for a new p&c agent like myself? I dunno Selling P&C for dummies or something like that lol

I've seen P&C agencies that hand them out the first time you visit the office, on a clipboard, just like the doc's office.

It was very effective too.
