Closed block isn't always as bad as we agents make it out to be. We had a lot of clients on the ForeThought Med Sups in Indiana when thier's closed. Even at the 6th year it was hard to change them off over rate. They went for years without becoming uncompetitive.

I let people know. Some don't care. Some don't want to stay on. Some don't have a choice.

I'd personally not like the risk of them seeing massive increases and coming to me like "WTF?"

Plus, MI is stupid w/ 3y fyc. So if someone wants to switch, win, win, win.
