Yup, I know the cuts to medicare advantage are being marketed as a cost-savings by cutting ineffective programs rather than as a cut to medicare benefits.
I am willing to just watch the dems, the repubs, and the Blue Hair Brigade work that out. If the dems can pull it off then they will have earned their pay. One persons waste is another's health care. Same issue around mammograms, etc.
