Dairy Queen

Old folks love their breakfast outings and their sugar donuts and ice cream. Including my dad who is the same age as the Pope, about whom it was reported that 76 is the new 56, so now my dad and I are the same age and best bud's - is that awesome or what?!

My favorite are 65+ people paying $100 or more monthly for AARP, Globe, Lincoln Heritage, American Income, Liberty National, or Old American. Nice big stack of of $100 bills on one of those. Easy as pie.

I also like the high premium UL policies where a large amount of depleting cash value is evident by a recent statement. Can make 10 or 20 grand on those of those, provided they are healthy. Not your typical FE client but nice when you find them.

I don't like people with no life insurance, because I find them a harder sell.. they have to figure out where they can fit their payments in their budget.
