Excellent, brother! You can actually keep doing the phone thing if it's working. Just schedule one 8 hour day for that, 3 full days running the leads, and one admin day. Nothing wrong with buying leads, but I like "sweat equity" prospecting methods myself, partly because I like maintaining control of as much of the process as possible. (Been burned a few times in this business! Makes me more cautious about trusting someone else to actually do what I'm paying them to do.)
