Well, my home track is Ellis Park. Only about 35 miles from Ellis. It's a nice little track and convenient. But beautiful is often heard as a description of it.

Salt and Char in Saratoga has been recommended to us. Do you know about it?

We went there when they first opened. It was solid but if you're doing steak once, you'll have so many better options on the NYC leg of your trip. If you're doing steak multiple times, then it is a great option but the atmosphere is weak for a steakhouse.

We all had KC strips but rib caps are great no matter where you go (assuming a steakhouse).
