Loma Linda, UCLA, UofP, U of San Fran, depending on where he is at.... Not gonna be free but would be MUCH cheaper having a dental student work on him.
Talked to him today and it seems like he wants to either try going to a dental school, UCLA is only 1.5 hours from San Diego so not to bad. If that's not doable he's going to try to see what he qualifies for by some of the pay by fee income sliding scale at some of the other dental offices around town. Mostly gov funded...
