Dialer Leads in Georgia?

I might need some leads in Georgia and I as I understand there are certain states that do not allow pre-recorded messages to be broadcast via an auto-dialer. I have seen some companies say they do not call into Georgia and some that do? Obviously I will use one that does but why the discrepancy?

We can still do it in GA and a lot of states. Someone told me in Sept, the law will change and make it harder to do it, but of course we will have a way of still doing it.

Live transfer leads are a lot better then normal auto dialer leads. I like it when they press one, then they are talking with you live. No one likes having to wait a couple of days for you to get back to them. You get better results with live transfers.

Final Expense Leads <--- Here is a good link for you. Ramiz has great live tranfers final expense leads here in Ga. My brother Matt is using them.

Some States have restrictions - but none enforce it now.

Sept 2009 - the FCC will start enforcing it and the fines will be harsh.

Best way - rent the dialer and pump your own script and data into it.

OR

Buy from Ramiz if he has availability.

Mark (Markingriffin),

There are several posts in the forum about Ramiz's live transfer leads and how good his customer service is, etc. But no one has yet, given any feedback on how they are doing, and what ROI they're experiencing.

I guess the point is anyone MAKING ANY MONEY with these types of live transfer leads! After all that's the bottom line (Pun very much intended!)...right?

Ask the hunter on the forum. He is one of many using them.

This is what he emailed me
"I am using the live transfer leads from Ramiz. My results from 6 transfers.
sales 1
Appointments 1
Hangups 2
derogatory 1
disconnect 1"I did not pick up on first ring"
I still have 14 transfer to go,I will report future results"

You will have to pm him on the forum and ask him for the rest of his results.

Most of the time, if agents find something that is working for them, they don't want to share it with others. The state of GA is now full, and Ramiz is not accepting any ga agents. Some agents are afraid of others find out the leads in their state that it will close down their state and there won't be enough for them.

I don't see anyone complaining about the leads and that says a lot on this forum.
I'm waiting to see the long term results. I do have results to post from the people that have told me their results.

why spend $8 a lead when you can call Lead Research Group, who owns the platform, and probably buy them for under $3 if you negotiate with them? They'll give you the same lead list and same calling features.

Thank you! That does confirm my suspicion as to why all these agents that use the live transfer leads, are so silent about their results.

The Hunter's case below is not bad at all for 6 transfers. I worked ONE DAY for one of those "interest rate reduction" call centers that use voice broadcasting to generate leads, and I got a big fat "0" even after taking over 40 phone calls! About 80% were irate about being called via a machine, and wanted off our calling list. Some had a few "colorful" and "choice" words for me, if you know what I mean:laugh:

Thanks again!

I used Ramiz's life transfers. I got 40 transfer for $160 (the first-timer's discount; 40 transfers would normally cost $320). That $160 has returned $581 in FYC so far. I'm still chasing one guy who will, if he closes, return $575. That's 7:1, although it would normally be 3.6:1 (taking the discount out of the equation). That was just calling statewide -- applying my beloved zip code filters, plus factoring in that I'm slightly more experienced now, I would expect at least 4:1 if I used it again.

It was a hard way to sell. I took a lot more abuse than I expected, although that was probably a good thing -- this was the first type of lead purchasing I ever did and it thickened up my skin very quickly, especially when combined with the cold-calling I was doing at the time.

Ramiz delivered exactly as promised, but the service just wasn't for me. It's worth a try, I'd say, and if you like it Ramiz has an awesome system. Very, very easy to use and manage.

So Nick - out of 40 leads you only sold maybe one client?

$50 monthly premium would = $600 FYC.

Just curious.
