Dialer?? Possibly Going Back to MOJO

You guys must not realize the cost of the minutes behind the scenes for mojo. They are simply charging $149 to subsidize for the heavy users that are dialing 14 hours a day per line. They need to create an option to pay per minute for those that only dial 4-6 hours per day but again that would screw up their business model so they really can't.

I've been using mojo for 3 years now. I'm noticing when using their 3 line dialer I'm getting the "drop" message about 50% of the time. Can anyone tell me if the drop message means two people picked up the phone or maybe a voicemail picked up and not a real person? If that's the case I think 3 lines is wasting a lot of possible contacts vs what I've always thought.

Have you taken a look at the SalesDialers platform? Their three-line dialer sounds like it would do everything you want it to do. I believe it retails for something like $109/month, but we have a discounted price for $79/month.

Minutes, the way they buy them and are billed for them are extremely cheap. Yes, it is an expense when you add it all up, but it isn't near what you think it is.

I use salesdialers for work and our church has used it. There are a lot of associations/groups where you can get the Dialer for $79/mo or $99/mo with unlimited data.

I like it.

In a small sample size dialing on one line, I got as many conversations dialing by hand as using the dialer. The dialer had way more dials, but many botched connections and late connects.

When I went to Mojo single line on the same list, my conversations were almost double per hour. I suspect it's because I hear almost every answer. For $99 per month, I find it worth the cost.

I use CallFire, but it does have all the negatives that VaDwayne mentioned. The biggest for me is not being able to hangup/skip a call until they have picked up. My guess is they're trying to minimize "dropped" calls.

I use Dolphin Pro Dialer and it works awesome. Great CRM as well and it's only $59.00 per month unlimited minutes. Not a predictive dialer, tru power dialer making calls very quickley.
