Dialer?? Possibly Going Back to MOJO

Dwayne, if its the quality of the audio, I would suggest not syncing phone data on wifi, have a hard ethernet cord to the modem, and turn off anything that uses data in the house.

It's not really the audio. I didn't like Callfire because I couldn't simply hang-up on a call, I had to wait for the person to answer and then apologize for dialing a wrong number. I had a pre-recorded voicemail message and not one time did I get a person's voicemail which I find hard to believe. I didn't like listening to elevator music as it dialed. I DID LIKE THE FEATURE THAT ALLOWED YOU TO CREATE A SERIES OF QUESTIONS WITH MULTIPLE CHOICE, OR ESSAY TYPE ANSWERS.

As far as my internet, I have very high speed fiber optic internet so that shouldn't be an issue.

Do you hear the "ringing" while dialing, or is it silent like CallFire can be?

I'm certain you can hear the rings. I may dial a couple of sample numbers tomorrow and I will let you know. I spent most of my time today putting over 1200 numbers in the DNC list on the Dolphin dialer so I don't dial current clients. Very easy to do!!!

I've been considering making that change from CallFire. I need to ramp up and the monthly fee might help me to focus. Still not sure about doing it over the internet vs. the land line. Makes me a little nervous about the quality. How has it been in your experience?

I used my cell with Callfire but I don't see a huge difference.

No, voip using the xlite dialer

Yes you can use a land line or cell. You can manually dial in from any line. You can also use other softphones if you don't like x-lite or it doesn't work.

I was helping one of our marketers set it up and their security wouldn't work with x-lite. Voyper worked fine.
