Unbelievable!!! I just got off the phone with a Rep from MOO (United World in NJ) as I wanted to find out how they will pay for a case where I was moving someone from a Standard Med Sup (not written by me) to a Modern Med Sup, and they told me that they would not pay any commission to me as the writing agent and the old agent would not get the commish either, because they are no longer the agent of record!!! Could not believe that... Is anyone out there that have heard this, or was this rep just pulling my chain!!
Doesn't surprise me at all. I believe they call that an internal replacement.
