Not to break up the reverie with a serious answer, but depending on whether or not they are in your state, Philadelphia American does a monthly direct bill. The only reason I know is I had a guy who flat-out refused to get a Medicare Supplement for he and his wife unless they could be direct billed monthly. Since I sell BC/BS and AARP as a last resort I saw that they did and got the sale. Like Frank said, I hate the persistency issues, but I'd rather get the sale then to have nothing at all.
