What info is needed for a disability Insurance quote? The client understands that after underwriting and a paramed the numbers may change, just wants a range of what could be offered and a ballpark price to see if its worth his time. So just to get the ball rolling with ballpark numbers, what is needed? The client earns about $20,000/month in real estate sales? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Looking at the quoting software is the best way to learn.
You will need income, risk class, desired elimination period, desired income replacement percentage; and then any riders that are wanted/needed.
That would be a good start.
