Dislodging UL Policies for FE Coverage

Just curious, Why can't you call on them?

When I retired from AGLA, I took a special rep contract through that office and I don't want to get into spitting contest with the other agent. Even though I wrote the business originally, that book of business is now assigned to him. What he did is no loss to me but, in my opinion, he didn't serve the client very well..

Got it.

I replaced about 30 UL policies in 2011.. a couple went into new guaranteed level rate UL policies to 120, the others were served better into fe. Three factors that help determine if replacement is needed- how much is cost of ins. And how fast is it increasing? How much DB do they really need? What is their health?

Current statement is best, policy itslf is worthless. I did write some UL on cases where they wanted to maintain a large DB and they were healthy. Wrote a couple large simgle premium cases with five figure commissions.

Just takes a little more experience and knowledge unless you have someone to partner with that is familiar with the statements and how to explain to the clients in english what is going on.
