That is still awesome based on how most agents sell on Div rate. 6% on 200k CV means my CV will equal 212k at year end without premium payment, right? Isn't that what 6% means?

you need to start an election polling/prediction company. you are pretty damn accurate. you missed your calling as I bet the election polling/prediction stuff pays way better & you only have to be about 35% accurate
