I have been around just over a year and have never once seen a young agent ask a question or ask for help and get "bashed." Bashing does exist, but not for those reasons. The bashing tends to come in response to uninformed agents giving bad information, or poorly written posts using incorrect terms, like credible instead of creditable, or "click" instead of clique. But sales requires a tough skin, and young agents, if they stick around awhile, stop taking these replies so personally.

my point exactly! im not a new agent just new to this forum. Could care less what u people think of me to be honest, just dont understand how or why you some of you people are straight up as***** to new agents or people who make a simple mistake.
