Real questions from new agents get no bashing. You're interpreting ribbing as bashing, not uncommon in our fragile, feelings focused culture where everyone gets a participation trophy and honors students can't be honored because those not honored might feel bad. Best advice is to roll with it.

Well, it's a good thing you(not u) don't care because you made lots of mistakes in that short paragraph. You're supposed to capitalize the first letter of a sentence. You should also work on using commas.

I love getting chewed out by new posters who haven't provided any value.

I love it when they don't realize that "you get what you pay for" and sometimes more with a discussion forum like this.

I love it when people take posts against others personally.

I love it when they don't realize that they just made a mistake within their first 5 posts by criticizing others... that they really haven't yet earned the credible right to criticize anyone or anything on the board yet.

It's like showing up to a new job... and bashing the employer within the first 5 hours of being there. Those that do that, are usually shown the door. Best case scenario, other co-workers look at the hot air coming out of this guy... and either sabotage him, or ignore him completely to let him fail on the job all on his own.

If you have a problem with a post... use the report button. That's what it's there for.

I really do not understand some of you people. Obviously you are on this forum to "help" but whenever one person says one thing wrong or forgets one thing you guys jump down their throats and make fun of them.

I think people are on this forum for a variety of reasons. Some recruiting, some to learn, entertainment, social and it goes on.

I doubt they came here specifically to "help".

I think what can be helpful about this forum is if you contribute what you can to "help" others, sometimes you get some "help" in return as people recognize your contribution.

Just my 2 cents.
