That is interesting, some send me letters well in advance. I think I get some notices even before the E&O carrier sends out the renewal.

You can get appointed with United Health One Golden Rule with out E&O and then use their sponsored E&O program on the cheap. It is the lowest cost E&O program I've found, $98.75 down and $38.75 per month or $465 for the year.

I use E&O For Less, top of page banner ad. $495. I'm still new to this but this was one of the first things that I got.

I use them too. within a few dollars of the lowest price I could find, plus the renewal is super easy. Sort of sucks that to add Disability it tacks on another $50 or so.
