Do You Have the New Trans Forms/apps?

I've written close to 25 policies with Trans in the last 2 months. I've had to get an amendment signed...once. It was my fault because I didn't write what plan it was..even though face and premium was for preferred NT. Again, totally my fault. I'm not using the SS form, yet, so maybe Thad the reason. Hate you guys are going through so much. Maybe it's because you're writing on the Premier side, I'm writing on the other side. I can call in and handle most things by telephone.

If I'm riding on the premier side I wouldn't know? The problem is is that they make changes so often you can't keep up.

It has always been whenever you make a change on pages one through four, that you initial and current date it and then re-sign and current date page four.

I call and ask what's up because that's what I did. And they say that's no longer accurate, you can initial and re-date pages one and three, but for page two it must be re-signed.

Again, I would challenge anybody to find this information on their homepage.

If your contract is through FEX/YIG then I'm 99% sure that's the Premier/Monumantal number. I had a lot tougher time when submitting business that way.
 
I can't find the new HIPAA form (that doesn't say Monumental on it) to save my life-----and I'm pretty good with a computer. I searched the forms section and nothing, not even one return by just using HIPAA. Can anyone help!!!!!

Login to Agentnetinfo, click on forms to the left, then forms search, then under service category select new business, product type: select final expense, state: select TN, then leave form name and number blank and just click search, everything will pop up.
