Doctor Compensation --- Why don't all Drs take ACA ?

I was talking to a PA, and she said she didn't really know why her Dr. didn't take ACA plans... because ACA HMOS pay their Doctors for every patient that is listed as their primary Physician...

IF THIS IS TRUE, why don't all doctors try and sign up as many ACA primary patients ---- their downline would be hugh ???

Pre auth is a PITA
They don't get paid timely
Same reason why many dr's don't take HMO's

Aren't they getting monthly Compensation 'PER INSURED' --- Primary Drs (not specialist)
