Does anybody e-mail prospects

They have "safe spaces" in colleges now, I wonder if the Forum could provide a "Safe Space Forum" for the snowflakes to go to cry? :twitchy:

Let's ask them to add some stuffed toy emojis... I think this will help others be more comfortable in expressing their emotions. :yes:

Why don't to you do introductory YouTube video for new agents and roll out the facts for them.
 
As new agents though, waiting for an email is a death sentence on a promising career... not a strategy I would promote to someone new...

Often wonder where some of these new agents get their ideas from...

The ideas come from the fact that it is 2018 and People don't answer phones from numbers the don't know, don't answer doors from people the don't know.

What about texting prospects.

Texting's ok I guess(Wino does it), but I wouldn't do any sexting(not sure if Wino does it). :wideeyed:
 
well there have been several occasions were I get a lead from my website and do not pick up the phone but responded to email......

I never call until they have received at least 2 or 3 emails.

I don't respond to texts from people I don't know either.

And I don't respond to Hangouts inquiries either
 
I have a friend who started with Liberty Natìonal like me. He is now independent like me. He says he gets enough phone calls from locals to keep him busy, which I don't believe. I have been selling here for over 40 years and might get 1 call a month. I have to buy leads to survive. He doesn't have the obligations that I do so I guess he can live on much less.

When I was younger the sexting increased my contact ratio. Now, not so much.......

I am contacted and contact many clients and referrals by text or email. However, these are not bought leads. So I am sure that makes a difference.

A couple years ago one of the forum members had a deal going where I 'ran' some of his leads for a split. A lot of the contact was by text and or email. Email maybe initially then text and phone then mostly phone. In that order. Same with service anymore.

I have very little current experience in the hollars or ghettos so I am sure that is different as well. That and I do very little F2F so just the the F2F guys re biased to F2F I am Biased to Phone,email and text.

My question for the real FE guys. If no answer on the phone would you text or toss the lead? If no response to phone or door knock would you text?
