Dollars and Sense

Has anyone tried or knows about "Dollars and Sense" a referral distribution partner for the American College Foundation and are said to provide qualified Advisors exclusive access to the Foundation's referrals within their protected area? They have contacted me several times. According to the website there is a 3 day hands-on training that you must attend and there is some start up costs (no mention of the amount). I am skeptical and would appreciate any input you may have. thanks marcia in colorado springs
