I donāt think youāve worked for any of these carriers. First, they donāt have enough of their own agents to handle the enrollments they need each year. Second, their cost per acquisition is no cheaper than via brokers. Itās often higher.
If they pinch brokers, itāll be soft dollars and overrides.

I consider myself very proficient with the computer. In most cases involving insurance I donāt fully understand I am always on the phone talking with an agent. The younger generation is even dumber and have to be spoon fed everything. They scroll the computer but donāt use it to actually research or gain knowledge. Our jobs will be fine.
