Good evening! I was wondering if you can use the same E and O coverage for one IMO with another IMO? This is in the case of me having a group plan with the first IMO. Thanks for your help!

Many offer E & O that only covers business written though them. Some may have a bigger deductible. Look at the policy. It should say on the 1st page.
