Mastered that a long time ago. After all, I am an insurance agent you know. Been in training to become a Master Agent my whole life.

I thought that was a requirement to becoming an agent. All of the agents I have ever known or talked to can do that. Have an office at home, type with one hand while holding the phone with the other.

Can't all agents do that????? I guess it must be only the really successful agents who have mastered that.

I've seen these before, but isn't it hard to press the keys with them? There must be some trick to typing with this contraption, but for me, it slows me down using it instead of just my fingers.

Plantronics is the way to go. Buy either the earpiece model or the handsfree headset. Best $100ish I ever spent.
