I am leaving the captive agent agreement I have by 9/1 and seeking reasonable E & O. I write group health, ind. life, ltc, med advantage & DI. I do have some self funded as well and am thinking of getting into that market further.
I have been licensed sine 1990 and did leave the biz for 6 years until returning in 2011.
I let go of my securities licese 8 months ago and only write AH & D.
I have never had a claim and never had any licensing issues.
My home state is NY, howeve, I am spreading out a bit.
Does anyone know where I can go to find reasonable rates fro E & O protection that will satisfy my carriers?
